250 grams of shortcrust pastry
180 grams of brown or white sugar
100 grams of fresh cream
120 grams of butter
Instructions: Beat the eggs with the cream until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add 60 grams of the sugar and beat until smooth. Pour onto the pastry and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place a few knobs of butter on the tart and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on every slice.
